We've had this for about a month and love it! It works great for drying out the inside of mittens and gloves. In the past, we have tried to dry waterproof mittens in the dryer, but the insides stayed wet. Now, we when the kids come inside from playing in the snow, we put the mittens on this for 60-90 minutes and the insides are dry!! (Works for adult gloves and mittens too!). We have also used to dry boot linings that have gotten soaked in deep snow...worked great.

I bought the DryGuy Dryer to dry my kids' gloves/mittens, boots, hats, etc. quickly without having to use the clothes dryer several times a day. This dryer fit my needs perfectly. We've had it for just under a month now and used it many times.

On school days the kids come home with wet gloves and boots and I just stick them on the DryGuy dryer and they dry before dinner. It's small and quite enough to keep in the kitchen. On weekends the unit gets a real workout as the kids go outside several times a day.

My only complaint would be that it's difficult to get the fingers of kid gloves to dry. They are so small and tight (age 5/6) that the air has trouble getting in to dry. I wish they had tubes of some sort that you could attach and use for small spaces. As far as mittens and boots are concerned, this unit is perfect.
